Course Overview
The Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care is a nationally recognised and regulated qualification designed for those working or intending to work in roles involving pre hospital emergency care, event medical provision, frontline response and higher risk operational environments.
The course develops learners beyond basic first responder principles and focuses on enhanced patient assessment, trauma management, emergency medical care and clinical decision making. Learners gain the confidence and capability to provide immediate care within dynamic and pressured situations while awaiting further medical support or transport.
Training combines classroom learning with realistic practical exercises and scenario based training to ensure learners can apply their skills effectively in operational settings.
This qualification is commonly suited to those progressing within the event medical, security, close protection, rescue, industrial and emergency response sectors.

Our first aid courses are delivered by qualified first aid instructors across Essex and the surrounding counties, including Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Kent and London. Qualsafe qualifications are delivered through our approved centre partners.
