These terms apply to bookings for 1705 Consultancy training courses, exercises and drills.
Prices
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated. VAT is added at the standard rate. Prices for individuals booking for themselves are also shown including VAT.
Open courses
Open course dates run with a minimum of 6 delegates. We will confirm your place once payment or a purchase order is received.
Courses at your premises
Group prices cover up to the maximum number of people stated for each course. They include travel in Essex and the surrounding counties. Travel elsewhere in the UK is quoted separately.
If you cancel
- 28 days or more before the start: a full refund, or a free transfer to another date.
- 14 to 27 days before the start: a 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before the start: no refund, but you can send someone else in your place at no extra charge.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a course, including when the minimum of 6 delegates is not reached, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.

If you are booking as a private individual, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
