Course Overview
The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is designed for organisations requiring fully qualified workplace first aiders in line with UK Health and Safety Executive guidance.
Over three days, learners develop the knowledge and practical ability to manage a wide range of medical incidents including unconscious casualties, cardiac arrest, trauma, bleeding, burns, fractures, seizures and medical emergencies.
The course combines classroom learning with practical scenarios to ensure learners can apply their skills calmly and effectively in real world situations.
Training can be delivered at your venue or at one of our approved training locations.
About the Trainer
Our first aid courses are delivered by qualified first aid instructors across Essex and the surrounding counties, including Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Kent and London. Qualsafe qualifications are delivered through our approved centre partners.
Training is delivered by experienced instructors with operational backgrounds in emergency response, public safety, policing, event medicine and incident management.

Yes. Successful learners achieve the Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF), regulated by Ofqual. Qualsafe qualifications are delivered through our approved centre partners.
Qualsafe first aid certificates are normally valid for three years. Annual refresher training is recommended to keep skills sharp.
Yes. We run courses for groups at your premises across Essex and the surrounding counties, including Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Kent and London, which is usually the most cost effective option for teams.
£275 + VAT per person on an open course, or £1,350 + VAT for a private group of up to 12. Open dates run with a minimum of 6 delegates. Includes travel in Essex and the surrounding counties. Travel elsewhere in the UK is quoted separately. See our booking and cancellation terms.
