Course Overview
Not every organisation requires a full first aid qualification. In many environments, what matters most is giving people the confidence to recognise an emergency, stay calm, know what to do first and support someone until professional help arrives.
This bespoke half day course allows training to be adapted around your organisation’s risks, operational challenges and audience profile.
Sessions may focus on subjects including CPR awareness, choking, bleeding, burns, medical emergencies, falls, cardiac arrest, seizures, catastrophic bleeding awareness, lone worker incidents, school environments, hospitality settings, sports injuries, vulnerable persons or community response situations.

About the Trainer
Our first aid courses are delivered by qualified first aid instructors across Essex and the surrounding counties, including Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Kent and London.
Training is delivered by experienced instructors with operational backgrounds in emergency response, public safety, event management and incident response.
Our focus is on making first aid approachable, practical and relevant to the people in the room. We understand that confidence, communication and early action are often just as important as technical knowledge during the first few moments of an emergency.
