Designed specifically for supervisors, operational managers, control room personnel and senior event staff, our Bronze and Silver Command programmes provide practical, immersive and operationally focused leadership development for those responsible for managing incidents within high footfall and high pressure environments.

Unlike many traditional command courses which focus heavily on theory or public sector doctrine, these programmes are built around the realities of live events, stadium operations, festivals, hospitality venues and crowded places.  The courses focus on operational leadership, dynamic decision making, communication under pressure, crowd management, escalation processes, situational awareness and incident coordination during the critical first moments of an unfolding incident.

Through realistic scenarios, interactive discussion, practical exercises and live tabletop incident management sessions, delegates develop the confidence and capability to lead effectively during complex and fast moving situations while supporting public safety, operational continuity and multi agency coordination.
