FREC3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for people who may be required to respond to medical emergencies in demanding environments. This comprehensive 5-day course equips learners with the skills and confidence to deliver pre-hospital emergency care at a high standard.

Awarded by Qualsafe or ProTrainings, FREC Level 3 is ideal for event medics, first responders, security professionals, and anyone operating in environments where advanced first aid may be required before emergency services arrive.
