How long we keep information

Legal and regulatory correspondence
Information shared with or received from legal advisors courts insurers or regulators is retained for six years or longer where required by law or professional standards.
Where retention periods expire personal information is securely deleted destroyed or anonymised in accordance with our data protection and information security procedures.
