Before show day we build the operational backbone: a complete event management plan and show-stop protocols, ingress/egress modelling and stewarding strategy, medical support,  evacuation plans, hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM), contractor inductions and full Safety Advisory Group (SAG) packs with clear roles and communications.  We liaise with licensing and your blue-light partners (police, ambulance and fire) so everyone shares the same picture.

On live days we provide calm, accountable command.  We set up the control room, manage radio discipline and decision logs, and lead Bronze (operational) and Silver (tactical) command with your security provider, stewards and emergency services.  Dynamic risk assessments, weather and noise escalation, real-time crowd interventions, decisions are made fast, recorded properly and communicated clearly so the show keeps moving safely.

Compliance isn’t an afterthought.  Plans and evidence are aligned to Martyn’s Law (Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act), the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Occupiers’ Liability, local licensing conditions and best practice from the Purple Guide.  The result is proportionate measures you can defend to regulators, insurers and stakeholders, reducing exposure to enforcement or worst-case corporate or gross negligence manslaughter allegations.
